Shipping and Delivery Policy

• We deliver books to addresses within India only. For orders from abroad, please use Amazon.
• Our team calls you to confirm your address before sending, so please give a number you answer.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 3–7 working days after confirmation, by a courier partner such as Shree Maruti, Delhivery, DTDC or India Post.
• Delivery usually takes 5–10 days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• You receive the tracking number by email or WhatsApp, and can check status on the Track order page.
• Hindi and English books may arrive as separate parcels on different days.
• Consultations are delivered online (Zoom or WhatsApp video) or by phone; nothing is shipped.
